Industries We Serve

Our team has participated in projects across healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, commercial facilities and industrial facilities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Each sector runs its kitchens differently, and that difference shows up in how the suppression system has to be designed, installed and maintained.

What changes between industries

Healthcare

Hospital and medical facility kitchens run continuously and cannot close for works. Installation and maintenance are sequenced around service, and documentation matters here more than anywhere — healthcare facilities are audited more often than most.

Typical facilities: Hospitals, Medical Facilities.

Hospitality

Hotels and resorts frequently run several kitchens under one roof, each with a different appliance mix, plus banqueting kitchens that surge in use. Each kitchen needs designing on its own hazard, not copied from the main one.

Typical facilities: Hotels, Resorts, Serviced Apartments.

Food & Beverage

Restaurants, cafes, fast food chains and cloud kitchens change their menus and therefore their appliances more often than any other sector. Coverage reviews after menu-driven equipment changes matter disproportionately here.

Typical facilities: Restaurants, Cafes, Fast Food Chains, Cloud Kitchens.

Commercial Facilities

Airports, shopping centres and government buildings often host multiple independent food operators behind a shared exhaust infrastructure, which makes the boundary of each suppression system a design question in itself.

Typical facilities: Airports, Shopping Centres, Government Buildings.

Industrial Facilities

Industrial kitchens and catering facilities work at volume, with heavy-duty appliances and long duct runs. Grease loading builds faster, so inspection intervals need setting against actual use rather than a default schedule.

Typical facilities: Industrial Kitchens, Catering Facilities.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with multi-site operators?

Yes. Multi-site restaurant groups and hotel operators are well suited to an Annual Maintenance Contract, because the value of a contract rises with the number of sites and inspection dates you would otherwise have to track manually.

Can you work in a facility that cannot close?

Yes, and most of our clients cannot. Hospitals, hotels and airport food operations run continuously, so work is sequenced around service hours with the intrusive stages done outside them.

Do cloud kitchens need the same protection as a restaurant?

Yes. A cloud kitchen has the same appliances, the same grease loading and the same exhaust hazard as a restaurant kitchen. The absence of a dining room does not change the fire risk under the hood.
