Inspection, Refilling & Maintenance
Routine inspection is what keeps a suppression system real rather than decorative. We carry out scheduled inspections, compliance reviews, system condition assessments and functional verification, and tell you plainly what needs attention and what does not.

How we work
Our Inspection Services process
-
Scheduled site visit
Inspections are booked on a cycle so they are not forgotten, and timed around your service hours.
-
Physical condition check
Cylinder pressure and condition, detection line tension, fusible links, nozzle caps, pipework and the manual pull station are all checked and recorded.
-
Coverage review
Kitchens change. We check whether appliances have been moved, replaced or added since the system was designed — a relocated fryer can leave itself unprotected.
-
Functional verification
The release path and interlocks are verified so the system is confirmed operational, not merely present.
-
Written report
You get a clear report: what passed, what needs correction, and what will need replacing before the next cycle.
Who this is for
We deliver inspection services for commercial kitchens across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — from single restaurant kitchens to hotel, hospital, airport and industrial catering facilities.
Not sure which appliances in your kitchen need protection? See Equipment We Protect for the cooking equipment, open-flame appliances, exhaust areas and auxiliary systems a suppression system has to cover.
Serving Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Riyadh, Jeddah and commercial kitchens Kingdom-wide from our base in Ad Dammam.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a kitchen suppression system be inspected?
Inspection intervals are set by the applicable fire code, the system manufacturer and your local fire authority. We will confirm the correct cycle for your site during the first inspection and schedule it for you.
Our kitchen was renovated — does that affect the system?
Very likely. Moving, adding or replacing appliances changes what the nozzles cover. A coverage review after any kitchen change is one of the most valuable inspections you can book.
What happens if the inspection finds a fault?
You get a written report with the fault, its severity and what it takes to correct it. Urgent items are flagged immediately rather than left to the report.
