In more detail
Specialized Expertise
General fire protection contractors cover alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers and hydrants across every building type. That breadth has value, but a kitchen hood is a specific hazard with its own agent chemistry, nozzle behaviour and failure modes. We work on fire suppression and fire safety only.
Experienced Technical Team
The difference between a system that passes a functional test and one that does not is usually installation detail — detection line tension, nozzle aim, link positioning. Those are learned on kitchen systems specifically, not on fire protection in general.
Fast Response
Response speed matters most in two situations: an unplanned discharge that has stopped a kitchen earning, and an inspection deadline that has crept up. We plan our schedule to keep capacity for both.
Preventive Maintenance Expertise
Most of the suppression system failures we encounter were preventable and visible months earlier. Preventive maintenance exists to find them on a planned visit rather than during an incident.
Quality Components
Components are specified as a matched set rather than assembled from whatever is available. Mixing components across systems is one of the most common reasons a suppression system fails its functional test.
Customer-Focused Service
The relationship does not end at handover. Most of our work is with kitchens we already know, where the system history is documented and the next inspection is already scheduled.
Kingdom-Wide Support
We are based in Ad Dammam in the Eastern Province, and serve commercial kitchens across Saudi Arabia. Where a location stretches our response time, we say so before you commit rather than after.

Frequently asked questions
What makes kitchen fire suppression different from general fire protection?
Cooking oil burns hotter than most building fires, holds heat and can re-ignite after the visible flame is out. Kitchen systems use wet chemical agents that both cool the oil and form a barrier on its surface, and they discharge under a hood that is itself loaded with grease. It is a distinct discipline.
Do you work on systems you did not install?
Yes. We begin with a condition assessment so the starting point is documented, then bring the system onto an inspection and maintenance schedule.
How quickly can you respond in an emergency?
Emergency service support runs 24x7. Actual response time depends on your location and the work required, and we will give you a realistic estimate when you call rather than an optimistic one.
